Introduction
At AdonPrint.com, every product is made-to-order and custom-created specifically for you — including your visiting cards, stickers, labels, letterheads, and personalized gifts. Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, our refund policy is structured accordingly.
We are committed to delivering high-quality products and will always work to make things right if something goes wrong.
When Are You Eligible For a Refund or Reprint?
You are eligible to request a refund or free reprint if:
- The product you received is physically damaged (broken, torn, or crushed during transit).
- The product has a manufacturing defect (poor binding, faulty material, etc.).
- There is a significant printing error — such as wrong colors, missing text, blurry images — that is NOT present in the design proof you approved.
- The wrong product was delivered (different item, size, or specification than what you ordered).
- The print quality is clearly and visibly below acceptable standards.
When Are You NOT Eligible For a Refund?
Refunds or reprints will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Errors in the design that were present in the proof and approved by you (spelling mistakes, wrong phone number, incorrect image, layout issues, etc.).
- Minor color differences between the on-screen design and the final printed product — this is a natural characteristic of the digital-to-print process and cannot be avoided entirely.
- Change of mind or cancellation after production has already begun.
- Low-resolution images submitted by the customer that result in a slightly blurry print. We always advise using high-resolution images above 300 DPI.
- Personalized gift items (mugs, frames, cushions, keychains, etc.) where production is complete, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
How to Raise a Request
- Email us at adonprint@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your Order ID and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach clear photographs of the received product clearly showing the defect or problem.
- Our quality team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) within 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Our Preference: Reprint Over Refund
At AdonPrint.com, we always prefer to reprint and redeliver your product rather than simply process a refund. Your satisfaction with the final printed product is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
