1. Overview
At AdOn Print, every order is custom-produced specifically for you. Unlike standard retail products, custom print products cannot be restocked or resold.
Because of this, our refund and return policy is structured around print quality defects, production errors, and delivery failures — not change of mind.
2. Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement
- Manufacturing defect: Clear print quality defect caused by our production.
- Wrong item delivered: You received a product other than what you ordered.
- Damaged in transit: Physical damage reported within 48 hours.
- Non-delivery: Tracking confirms the package was lost by the courier.
3. How to Raise a Request
To raise a refund or replacement request, email us at support@adonprint.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
