1. Order Cancellation Policy Overview

Since all products on AdonPrint.com are bespoke and custom-printed to your exact specifications, cancellation requests are governed by the real-time production stage of your order.

2. Cancellation Stages & Refund Matrix

STAGE 1 — Before Production / Within 1 Hour of Placement: Full 100% refund initiated immediately to your original payment method. No questions asked.
STAGE 2 — Design Proof Stage (Before Print Approval): Cancellation is permitted with a minor nominal design/processing deduction (up to 10%). Remaining 90%+ refunded within 5–7 business days.
STAGE 3 — In Production (Printing Machine Locked): Once plates are imaged and printing begins, orders cannot be cancelled as raw materials are committed.
STAGE 4 — Dispatched / Out for Delivery: Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy upon receipt if any transit damage is found.

To cancel an eligible order before production begins:
