Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Because every order is custom-produced, cancellation depends heavily on how far it has progressed through our pipeline.
2. Cancellation Before Production Starts
If you cancel before production starts, you are entitled to a full refund. Production typically starts within 1–2 hours of payment.
3. Cancellation After Production Has Started
Cancellation may not be possible. A partial refund and cancellation fee (min ₹100 or 10%) may apply solely at AdOn Print's discretion.
