AdonPrint.com respects intellectual property rights and expects all users of our platform to do the same. This Intellectual Property Policy outlines the rules governing the use of our proprietary content, as well as the content that customers upload for printing and customization.

All content created and owned by AdonPrint.com is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. This includes but is not limited to: All original design templates, website graphics, 3D product preview technology, the brand name "AdonPrint", logo, and marketing content.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any of AdonPrint's proprietary content without our prior written permission.

Your Content — Customer Responsibility

When you upload images, logos, photos, text, or any other content to our Design Studio for the purpose of printing or gift customization, you represent and warrant that:

You are the original creator of the content, OR
You are the legal owner of the content, OR
You have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, or rights to use the content commercially.

License You Grant Us

By uploading content to AdonPrint.com, you grant AdonPrint a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content strictly for the purpose of producing and delivering your ordered products.

Prohibited Content

AdonPrint.com strictly prohibits the printing or use of the following content:

Brand logos, trademarks, or registered designs of other companies (Nike, Adidas, Apple, Samsung, etc.) without valid authorization or license.
Copyrighted characters, illustrations, or artwork from movies, TV shows, games, or other media without a license.
Government seals, national emblems, official logos of government bodies, or currency designs.
Content that is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic.
Content that promotes violence, terrorism, hatred, or discrimination.
Defamatory content targeting any individual, company, or institution.

AdonPrint.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or stop production of any order that contains prohibited content, without prior notice. No refund will be issued for such orders.

DMCA & Infringement Claims

If you believe that any content on our platform — including designs, templates, user-uploaded materials, or printed products — infringes your intellectual property rights, please send us a formal takedown notice at adonprint@gmail.com.

Your notice should include: Your full name and contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, the specific page on AdonPrint.com, and proof of ownership. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 7 business days.

Indemnification

By using AdonPrint.com, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdonPrint.com, its owners, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, fines, legal fees, or proceedings arising out of content you submitted that infringes on third-party IP rights.
